Allan Grafman, Media and Gaming Serial Executive

Allan Grafman is President of All Media Ventures, and an Operating Partner and Principal at Mercury Capital Partners, a private equity firm investing in media companies.

He is Chairman of the Board of Majesco Entertainment (Nasdaq:COOL), a video game producer and distributor. He also serves on the Board of Directors of several other media companies (such as Big Tent and Pixfusion), and is a member of the ISS/Risk Metrics Corporate Governance Advisory Board. His clients at All Media Ventures this year include HBO (where he Executive Produced “Lily Dale”), MSPE and Delta.

Allan is a published author (in “Licensing Book,”“Inventors Digest” and “Directors and Boards.”) and an on-air contributor to MSNBC “Your Business.”

Previous executive roles monetizing content include President of Archie Comics, President/CEO of Modelwire, EVP/CFO of Hallmark Entertainment, VP/Managing Director of Tribune Company, and VP/GM of Capital Cities Cable. He began his media career as an on-air announcer and ad sales representative for KSHE Radio and Century Broadcasting in St. Louis. Allan received his BA from Indiana University (Phi Beta Kappa) Russian Literature, his Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University (International Fellow), and his MBA from Columbia University (Beta Gamma Sigma) Finance.
